HUGE pr including better handling of configuration management, overhaul of documentation, fix readme, use postgres example, fix postgres example on non-openshift k8s distributions, harmony-config crate introduction (still WIP to merge with secrets and refactor the entire codebase to use them properly, with zitadel + openbao integration)
