- One screen per branch: diff --stat vs merge base, file diff, "since last review"
- Rail is a gitk-style commit graph of all open branches
- Comments on lines, files, commits; brief sent to an agent command in the branch worktree
- Run the branch in its own worktree (gix), with copy, setup and live output
- CLI for agents: open, queue, brief [--ack], run-log; skill/branchgraph/SKILL.md
- Access token via HttpOnly cookie on every route; state dir private
- Design revision 4, AGENTS.md decisions and milestone 3 gate, with tests
