Jean-Gabriel Gill-Couture eea006535b refactor: drop harmony_app landfill

Scores own deploy. harmony_app is identity, images, context, and
HarmonyApp→Scores. Authoring DX lives in dx. Compose/chart/Application
model and the Helm render test are gone.

Component Catalogs

This section is the "dictionary" for Harmony. It lists all the reusable components available out-of-the-box.

Scores Catalog: Discover all available Scores (the "what").
Topologies Catalog: A list of all available Topologies (the "where").
Capabilities Catalog: A list of all available Capabilities (the "how").
